Shopping & Product Variations
Due to the handcrafted nature and screen differences, actual colors and sizes (up to 1 inch) may vary slightly. A 50% advance payment is compulsory to confirm your order.
Shipping & Logistics Transparency
We believe in transparency. Our logistics cost (Packaging + Speed Post) often ranges from ₹100-₹150. Even when we charge ₹90, we often bear the difference ourselves to ensure safe delivery.
Refund & Cancellation
We do not accept refunds for "change of mind". However, if an order is lost in transit or arrives with significant damage (over 20%), we offer a full refund or free replacement with proof of damage.
